Dr Rampershad developed a passion for vascular surgery from a young age due to his background in vascular investigations. After completing his fellowship in general surgery and a Mmed degree from UKZN he entered the vascular surgery training program at Inkosi Albert Luthuli Hospital. He has been practicing surgery since 2012. He completed his fellowship in vascular surgery in 2022. Dedication to patient care and meticulous surgical technique forms the foundation of his practice. His interests include endovascular surgery and the use of minimally invasive techniques for various vascular surgical procedures. The dynamic field of vascular surgery has provided Dr Rampershad the opportunity to manage his patients with the latest clinically proven medical devices for optimal patient care. Dr Rampershad also runs a vascular laboratory service with over 20 years of vascular Duplex ultrasound experience, greatly enhancing his surgical practice.
