Noeleen Phillips
Executive Director & CEO
Noeleen qualified as a Professional Nurse in 1971.
She practised as a Psychiatric Nurse for 10 years.
In 1983, Noeleen was promoted to a management position in the Primary Health Care service.
During her years of service with the Department of Health, she held a number of senior and executive management positions.
In 2010, Noeleen retired from her position as a Chief Director with the Department of Health, and was appointed as the Executive Director: Shelly Beach Day Hospital.
Noeleen heads up the new Shelly Beach Hospital as Executive Director and CEO.
